Why me.
I lived both sides. The kid with someone, and the kid with no one. I lost my faith, my identity, and my brother. I rebuilt from zero, codified the path that saved me, and turned it into a system anyone can walk. Nobody else in this space carries this story and this methodology in the same body. The credential is not a degree. The credential is a brother-shaped hole in a family and an organization that grew in its exact dimensions.
Why this.
Every other approach either tells people what to become or leaves them alone with a journal. Career counseling serves the economy. Therapy serves the wound. Neither serves the fire. The 7 Teachings serve the fire. They are the first methodology designed to produce the moment of self-recognition reliably, and to capture proof that it happened. That approach does not exist at scale anywhere on earth.
Why now.
The crisis is here and accelerating. Teen purposelessness, anxiety, and suicide are at historic highs. Meanwhile, NFC technology, mobile-first learning, and AI-assisted delivery make it possible for the first time to reach teenagers at scale without requiring a classroom. The infrastructure that needed to exist yesterday — we’re building today.
Why at all.
Because Tolik didn’t have it. Because I almost didn’t survive without it. Because right now, somewhere, a teenager with everything inside them and nothing around them is making a decision about whether any of this is worth it. And the answer to that question should never depend on the accident of who happens to show up.

Izzy Kiver
I’ve spent the better part of a decade building things that teach people — at volumes most educators would find slightly indecent.
Ten million engineers at Polygon Labs. Five million families at TAL Education. Several thousand managers at SAP who, I’m told, still reference the frameworks I built, which is either flattering or an indictment of what came after me — I choose to believe the former.
The completion rates were triple the industry average. Not because I’m particularly brilliant — though I wouldn’t argue the point strenuously — but because I learned something early that most curriculum designers never figure out: people don’t finish things that weren’t built for them. They finish things that see them. That’s not pedagogy. That’s architecture. And it’s the same architecture underneath the 7 Teachings.
The difference is that at Google, the stakes were quarterly performance reviews. Here, the stakes are a sixteen-year-old who can’t breathe over a college essay. I find the second problem considerably more interesting.

Elly Rezende
When Elly arrived in Florianópolis, she was floundering. New to the city, not fully believing in her own skills or potential, she was taking whatever odd jobs she could find. The kind of work that pays the rent but quietly erodes something harder to name — the sense that you were built for more than this.
Then she connected with COE. She couldn’t leave her house the first day. She didn’t have a working phone. The fear of showing up unprepared was enough to paralyze her.
Izzy removed the barrier. Covered her phone. Covered her transport. Made it possible for her to simply show up. Everything that followed began with that single gesture.
Elly lit up. She helped arrange professional media equipment, coordinated camera operators, managed filming, and learned DaVinci Resolve in a single week to help deliver the final cut of The Redemption Film.
A woman who couldn’t leave her apartment became the producer of a film. That distance — from paralysis to production — is the distance COE exists to close.
