The Reality Hack
You were not built to survive. You were built to choose.
The Journey
From Fear to Authorship
Misha Kovin's greatest struggle was finding himself and trusting his own intuition. He carried the weight of fear -- not the abstract kind that fades with a deep breath, but the kind that has an address, a country, a body count. Had he followed the path the system laid out for him, he would be dead by now. Literally. A victim of war and violence in Ukraine. But Misha chose a less-traveled road. He chose himself. He chose his family.
Before COE, Misha was a floundering speaker and business coach in his small town of Vinnytsia, Ukraine. He had the fire. He had the hunger. But the market didn't care. In a town where ambition outpaced opportunity, he watched his efforts produce nothing. Talks that nobody booked. Coaching sessions that didn't convert. The talent was real, but it had no vehicle, no structure, no one to see it for what it was and shape it into something the world would pay attention to.
Then came Izzy Kiver and COE (Covenant of Education). Izzy didn't just mentor Misha -- he cultivated him. He saw what Misha couldn't yet see in himself: not a struggling coach, but a gifted instructional designer waiting to emerge. Izzy's belief was the catalyst. His mentorship was the architecture. And Misha's determination was the engine that made the whole thing move.
Through COE's mentorship, Misha began to break free -- not just from circumstance, but from the version of himself that fear had built. He stopped asking what he was allowed to become and started deciding what he would become. The transformation was total. The floundering speaker from a small Ukrainian town became a highly paid instructional designer whose work would reach the highest levels of industry and government.

The 7 Teachings, Reimagined for Teens
Misha's genius, once cultivated, didn't stay small. Under Izzy's guidance, he developed the rare ability to take complex, transformative ideas and architect them into structured learning experiences that people could actually absorb and act on. This skill -- instructional design at the highest level -- caught the attention of clients who don't settle for average. Misha went on to produce work for the U.S. Government, Polygon Labs, and other high-profile organizations that demand precision, clarity, and impact.
But his most important work wasn't for a government contract or a blockchain company. It was for the next generation.
Misha took the core 7 Teachings -- COE's foundational doctrine -- and Izzy Kiver's subject matter expertise and converted them into a digestible, structured 7-week program designed specifically for teens. He called it The Reality Hack. This wasn't simplification -- it was translation. Taking deep, transformative principles and making them accessible without losing their power. The kind of work that requires someone who has lived the material, not just studied it.
The Reality Hack helps teens find their purpose and build the reality they imagine themselves inhabiting in the future. It is a program born from lived experience -- from someone who understands what it means to have the world tell you who you are, and to refuse. Misha's own transformation is the proof of concept. His journey from a floundering coach in Vinnytsia to a world-class instructional designer is the first case study of the very program he built.

The road less traveled made all the difference.
Fear builds walls. Purpose builds doors.
There are two kinds of people in this world -- those who let the system write their story, and those who take the pen back. Misha didn't just escape a path that would have destroyed him. He turned around and built a bridge for the ones still trapped. That's not survival. That's something else entirely.
