Our 3 step process

Thought leaders and guides are chosen based on outstanding achievement and commitment to improving themselves and those around them. Below we outline the three step process to getting started.

1. Apply to Join

The first step is to complete a short form to introduce yourself and share your interest in offering thought leadership through COE.

2. Schedule a feature

Once admitted you will be scheduled for a 30 minute video podcast feature to showcase your expertise.

3. Participate in discussion

Once the feature is published you will be invited for discussion on a pressing topic where you can share your opinion amongst peers.

Selection

Thought leader criteria

Thought leaders are selected based upon exemplary achievement and a commitment to uphold COE’s mission of bringing harmony to the world through education.

Expertise

A thought leader for COE should have a distinguished status in their field of expertise. This means that they should be recognized as a leader and expert in their respective industry or subject matter. This can be demonstrated through various measures such as awards, publications, and speaking engagements.

Contribution

Contribution to humanity refers to your involvement in projects or initiatives that have a positive impact on society or the environment. A thought leader who is actively working towards making the world a better place can inspire and motivate others through their actions and words and can align with the values and mission of COE.

Pedigree

This includes your educational background, professional experience, and/or affiliations with reputable organizations. A thought leader with a strong pedigree reflects their dedication and commitment to their field, which can inspire our members to continuously grow and evolve.

Scheduled Feature

By sharing your insights, experiences, and perspectives, you can showcase your expertise and demonstrate your authority on the subject matter. We can help build your online authority and enhance your reputation as a thought leader, which can lead to new opportunities and collaborations in the future.

After your feature we'll help package your wisdom into instructional guides and mini-courses to help spread awareness on your life's work and expertise. Discussions and debates are conducted with your privacy and safety in mind and are only shared with vetted members of the community. After your discussion, to stay current on our platform, we request 20 minutes of your time per week, to help answer pressing questions from your peers and distinguished members on your topic of expertise.
