How We THINK
A Six-Question Filter for Every Decision COE Will Ever Make
Six questions. That’s the whole operating system.

The Filter
Every time a new idea, partnership, product, or opportunity presents itself, we run it through this filter. If it fails any question, it does not belong right now.
Does this help people see something in themselves they did not see before?
If no — kill it.
Does this create structured presence or make effort visible?
If no — it is off-method. Redesign or kill.
Does this serve the grain we are currently proving?
If no — defer it. Write it down, but do not build it now.
Can we execute this with the team and resources we have today?
If no — wait until we can.
Will this generate evidence (data, testimonials, revenue) that proves our model works?
If no — it is not a priority this year.
Would I be proud to explain this to Tolik?
If no — then why are you doing it?
Six questions. That’s the whole operating system.
Every initiative, every partnership pitch, every shiny new feature request gets the same treatment. Not because we’re rigid — because we’re building something that matters, and focus is the tax you pay for meaning.
The sixth question is the one that keeps us honest. Not a board. Not a metric. A brother.
Build With Us
If your work passes the filter, we want to hear from you. Partners, donors, mentors — the wheel needs more hands.
