What We’re Doing
(And Why It Matters)
Making purpose-finding as convenient as calling an Uber.
Dr. Izzy Kiver · 2 min read
We aim to make purpose-finding convenient in the same way Uber made calling a cab convenient. Nearly effortless, at the click of a button.
We are building a flywheel — an engine of structured presence, of showing up for others — that creates the conditions for self-discovery. The engine’s physics runs on mentorship and accountability.
School doesn’t do what we’re doing, because it aims to answer questions no one ever asked. The speed of two trains. The history of Napoleon and great wars. We instead answer the biggest question:
Who am I, and what is my purpose here on earth?
As we grow into young adults, we ask: Who am I? Is this normal? What’s my purpose? Am I loved and needed?
Clarity, Capability, Contribution
The three-step system we created was simple:
We extended this into Clarity, Capability, and Contribution — and gave people a way to mark their moments of epiphany in our Atom Tracker. We believe even as AI begins to replace many roles, it’s important to continue to do the work yourself, as much as possible. The work on yourself and the work in what you are trying to accomplish in your self-inspired purpose in life.
Why the Work Itself Matters
The importance of doing your own work — even when AI is replacing many tasks — is because the work we do changes us. Even if we gradually move on to new domains, new work, we are no longer the same.
AI will not replace human work any more than it will replace your daily nutritional needs. The human doesn’t simply execute the work. The work happens to the human, and develops them through the doing.
The Engine Is Running
Clarity. Capability. Contribution. Three stages. One flywheel. Every push makes the next person’s journey easier.
