Agentic RAG Systems
Whatever you can conceive and believe, the mind can achieve.
The Journey
From Uncertainty to Mastery
When Dimash first joined COE (Covenant of Education), he carried the weight that so many young adults carry: doubt. Not in the world around him, but in himself. He wasn't sure what he was capable of, wasn't sure if the ideas stirring in his mind were worth pursuing, and wasn't sure if anyone would take the time to show him the way.
But COE doesn't wait for certainty. It builds it.
Through Izzy Kiver's mentorship and consistent support, Dimash began to find his footing. Week by week, the fog of self-doubt started to clear. What emerged was something remarkable: a deep, genuine fascination with large language models and the infrastructure that powers them.
This wasn't a passing curiosity. Dimash was drawn to a specific and advanced frontier of AI: building massive LLM-type infrastructure that is agentic in nature -- systems that don't just respond to prompts, but reason, plan, retrieve knowledge, and act autonomously. Agentic RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) systems represent the cutting edge of applied AI, and Dimash wanted to build one from the ground up.
Mentorship That Meets the Moment
Dr. David Lara Arango PhD
Recognizing the depth and technical ambition of what Dimash was pursuing, Izzy made a pivotal decision: he paired Dimash with Dr. David Lara Arango PhD, a researcher and practitioner with the expertise to guide a project of this caliber.
Every week, Dr. Lara Arango met with Dimash to review his codebase, challenge his architectural decisions, and push him deeper into the underlying theory. It was the kind of mentorship that transforms potential into product: rigorous, patient, and rooted in real-world application.
What started as an uncertain young man exploring a topic of interest became a focused engineer building production-grade agentic AI infrastructure -- guided by two mentors who believed in him before he fully believed in himself.

All success starts in the mind.
Our belief shapes us.
The world is full of talented people who fail and ordinary people who don't. The difference was never skill. It was never resources. It was the quiet, private moment when someone decided -- truly decided -- that the outcome was already theirs. All success starts in the mind. The rest is just your hands catching up to what your imagination already built.
