This project involved developing comprehensive training materials for SAP’s new Performance Management System rollout across all divisions of the company. The training needed to reach a diverse audience including employees, managers, administrators, and directors. The new system introduced changes to employee tracking methods, roundtable discussions, and continuous performance conversations throughout each quarter, leading to more effective biannual performance reviews and improved record-keeping for SMART goal development.

This project demonstrated the power of integrating various AI tools to accelerate instructional design and content development. By leveraging AI for video creation, voice generation, and content editing, we were able to meet an extremely aggressive timeline while maintaining quality and addressing ongoing content revisions.
The ability to rapidly iterate through multiple versions (10+) while continuing to improve the content proved essential to the project’s success. The experience reinforced the value of flexible production methods and adaptive workflows when working under tight deadlines with evolving content.
For future projects with similar constraints, I would implement this integrated AI approach from the beginning, establishing clear version control processes to manage the rapid iteration cycle more efficiently.
