This project involved developing comprehensive training for VVardis’ proprietary teeth remineralization process and their flagship product, CRFP (Curodont Repair Fluoride Plus). The training program needed to effectively educate both dental practitioners and sales teams about the product’s unique benefits, scientific foundation, and clinical application. The solution transformed their existing one-to-one webinar approach into a scalable, self-paced learning experience with robust tracking capabilities.
This project demonstrated the transformative impact of moving from ad-hoc, resource-intensive training to a structured, scalable approach with proper learning technology infrastructure. By starting with a thorough needs analysis and careful organization of existing materials, we were able to build not just a training course but an entire learning ecosystem that could grow with the organization.
The implementation of the company’s first LMS represented a significant milestone, enabling data-driven training decisions and creating opportunities for future learning initiatives. The project’s success, as evidenced by requests for additional courses and expansion to international markets, validated our comprehensive approach to both content development and learning technology implementation.
For future similar projects, I would emphasize even more strongly the value of the LMS analytics in measuring ROI from training investments, as this proved to be a compelling factor for continued stakeholder support.
